Rocky Gasbarro
COO
Rocky Gasbarro Jr. is a dynamic entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in staffing and talent acquisition. At just 32 years old, he has founded and grown several successful companies, including Reliable Staffing Resources, Armada Talent Group, and Armada Staffing Group. Rocky is known for his strategic vision and ability to drive growth through innovative solutions and exceptional client service. Proud of his Greek and Italian heritage, he carries forward a legacy of hard work and community values.
In addition to his business ventures, he enjoys motorsports, including dirt biking and boating, and his favorite hobbies are entertaining,cooking and golf. Dedicated to achieving his professional and personal goals, Rocky is focused on creating a lasting legacy through hard work, strategic investments, and his passion for connecting with others.
Alio Gasbarro
CFO
Alio Gasbarro is a seasoned executive in the staffing industry, known for his visionary leadership and strategic acumen. A graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Strategic Leadership and Management, as well as Finance, Alio brings a strong financial background and analytical mindset to his role as CFO.
Alio's career has been marked by a series of notable achievements, particularly in the areas of acquisitions, multi-state expansion, and obtaining self-insurance status for the company. Under his guidance, the company has executed tactical acquisitions, strategically positioning it for continued growth and market strength, built on a foundation of what makes our company unique and exceptional: treating customers like family, believing that we reach our goals by helping our customers meet their goals, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to good communication, always.
Outside of work, Alio enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and all the great outdoors have to offer. Alio is a family man, with a Greek and Italian background, his people matter the most. Alio is accompanied by his wife Corey, two children, Francesco and Alettia. Alio and his family reside in Powell, OH.
Blake Collins
Co-Founder, Managing Director
Blake is an accomplished supply chain professional with over 10 years of experience within the Supply Chain Industry, prior to co-founding Armada Talent Group. Throughout his professional career, he has developed a robust skill set in high-level sales, account management, and 3PL management, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry's complexities. In 2021, Blake made a strategic pivot into talent acquisition within the industry. Embracing this new role, he spearheaded talent acquisition initiatives for multiple companies across the United States, making significant contributions to their success by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. Blake's success in talent acquisition led him to co-found Armada Talent Group in 2024. In his free time, Blake enjoys playing golf, coaching basketball, and watching his daughter grow up too fast!
John Lincoln II
Co-Founder, Managing Director
John brings over a decade of Executive Recruitment experience, making significant contributions in roles such as transforming the Talent Acquisition department at DB Schenker, overseeing growth from 1 to 22 members, establishing 9 "start-up" facilities for clients like Google and Amazon, achieving a 100% direct hire success rate, and played a key role scaling many Freight Technology startups across the country. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and playing golf with friends.
Paul Lynch
Director of Talent Acquisition
Paul joined the Armada team August 2024 as our Director of Talent Acquisition. He has been in the recruiting industry for 9 years and specializes in manufacturing, logistics and warehousing industries. Previously, he worked at companies such as DB Schenker, XPO Logistics, and RXO Logistics in senior level recruiting roles. Beyond work, he seizes every opportunity to play golf as well as watching and attending a variety of sporting events.
Alexa Fortin
Talent Acquisition Manager
As an Acquisitions Specialist, Alexa brings a fresh perspective to recruiting after spending her entire career in dentistry. The time she spent in dentistry taught her the value of listening closely, working with care, and always putting people first. She's driven by a genuine love for helping people find roles where they can grow and succeed. At Armada, it’s not just about filling positions, it’s about building long-term relationships and helping careers take shape.
Sarah Embree
Talent Acquisition Manager
Sarah Embree is a specialized recruiter in the logistics and supply chain industry, focused on connecting top talent with high-growth organizations across brokerage, 3PL, and freight-tech. Passionate about building genuine relationships, Sarah takes the time to develop a deep understanding of both clients and candidates, allowing her to make thoughtful, high-impact matches that drive long-term success. She prides herself on being a trusted partner and resource, committed to delivering results with integrity, insight, and a personal touch.
Sarah began her career in logistics on the sales and operations side, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges her clients and candidates face every day. She was part of the early teams that helped scale Uber Freight and Deliverr/Shopify Freight Network, experiences that shaped her deep industry knowledge and ability to identify top-tier talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her favorite four-legged co-worker, Carl, checking out new breweries and restaurants, and getting outdoors as much as Chicago weather allows.
Nick Anloague
Business Development Manager
Nick serves as a Business Development Manager at Armada Talent Group, where he helps connect top performers with organizations ready to grow. With a background as a successful Account Executive and Recruiter he brings a mix of recruitment expertise, relationship-building, and team development to every opportunity. Nick specializes in recruiting high-level operations and sales roles and takes pride in his success rate of over 95%. He’s passionate about building strong partnerships that deliver long-term value for both clients and candidates. In his free time Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Shelby and two daughters, Palmer and Mollie.
Marino Gasbarro
Business Development Manager
Marino Gasbarro is a dedicated Business Development Manager at Armada Staffing, Employer, and Talent Group, where he specializes in cross‑selling solutions and building strong client partnerships. With a background spanning multiple industries — including Accounting, Finance, IT, Construction, Engineering, and Real Estate — Marino brings a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of workforce needs. His primary focus is within the engineering sector, where he excels at aligning top talent with complex hiring demands.
Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to creating a positive environment, Marino leads with the belief that success is most meaningful when shared. As a family‑oriented professional, he strives to uplift the people around him and foster a culture where everyone has the opportunity to win. His motivation is fueled by innovation, growth, and the desire to make a lasting impact on both clients and colleagues.
Outside of his professional role, Marino enjoys golf, cooking, powersports, history, and exploring all genres of music. Looking ahead, he is driven by the goal of expanding Armada’s reach to all 50 states and giving back to the Worthington and Columbus, Ohio communities that shaped him.
