Jerry brings a strong background in technical recruiting, having spent several years placing software engineers before transitioning into executive search. In that role, he specialized in accounting, finance, tax, and trust and wealth management placements. Today, as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Armada Talent Group, Jerry has returned to his technical roots, focusing on technical and software engineering talent.

Outside of work, Jerry is a big foodie who loves exploring the Charlotte restaurant scene and a huge Charlotte Hornets fan. A former Division I soccer player at Florida Gulf Coast University, he still enjoys staying active, especially through golf.
